Not directly. You must export from GSAK to GPX and then use VantagePoint to do the transfer to the GPS.

No. Magellan has not documented their communications protocol and as of this writing, nobody on the GPSBabel team has reverse engineered it.

No. The closest workaround is to change the icon type to make them visually distinct.
