Can I use rechargeable batteries in the Explorist GC?
Yes. The device has settings for Lithium, Alkaline, and NimH rechargeable.
Can I charge the batteries while they're installed in the Explorist GC?
No. For safety reasons, batteries must be removed from the deivce to charge them.
Can I use my power adapter from a cell phone (like the Motorola Razr) to power the Explorist GC?
Yes. The unit will detect and use external power.
